Important results from the project

EasyArr makes it possible for organizers, artists, venue owners, audiences, etc. to do the right thing before, during and after arranging events. The parts described in the proposal have been clearly marked. Minor adjustments between different items have been made but the whole is complete. Frequent user meetings have been conducted to confirm and ensure the users´ needs as well as the quality of programming and UX work. Thanks to Vinnova support, greater power has been put into more areas and an earlier launch will be possible than would have been possible without support.

Expected long term effects

The result - having a system ready for testing with real users - has been achieved, with a delay of a few weeks. The delay is due to the pandemic´s total lock-down, which made pre-testing impossible and a late change to a better bank for the tool. The various parts that would be developed with the help of this project are all included in the version that will be tested within a few days.

Approach and implementation

The work has been done according to plan. In close collaboration with artists, local owners, organizers, lawyers and other experts, we have designed requirements specifications around which our programming team has built a working system. Thanks to increased investment from owners and increased support from TVV/Reg Gotland, among others, we have been able to build in more functions than planned, which further strengthens EasyArr´s user-friendliness and functionality for organizers of various kinds.
