Funding from Vinnova SEK 1 200 000
Project duration November 2025 - January 2027
Status Ongoing
Venture Strategic Innovation Program Drive Sweden

Purpose and goal

The idea of the project is to communicatively support and implement Drive Sweden´s participation in its own booth at Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona in November 2026. A booth provides good opportunities for disseminating the results of Drive Sweden´s project, to make Drive Sweden and Swedish innovation capacity visible, to enable active global reconnaissance, benchmarking, network building and to raise issues that need to be discussed internationally.

Expected effects and result

The project will create a stand and a stand program where Drive Swedens partners and project will participate and gain international visibility. The stand will invite ongoing activity and presence and the participants in the delegation will experience a sense of pride in representing Drive Sweden and have gained valuable contacts. The story and communication material that we develop will also be able to be used during the remaining time of the program and its conclusion.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is implemented in five work packages: Coordination, Booth, Thematic programme, Matchmaking/partner care and Communication. Lindholmen Science Park uses internal resources for booth design and concept and is responsible for inviting partners and project constellations to participate. The board is the steering group for the project and approves the story, design and programme.
