Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of the project was to test and validate marketing & network channels to be able to scale up Done nationally and after this internationally. The goal of the project has been met by carefully planning, testing and evaluating each project activity. Done´s strongest marketing channels for scaling up Done´s activities identified using the project. During the project, we also reached the goal of scaling up Done to more cities, where we launched in 4 new cities.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project resulted in us, by testing and validating marketing channels, identifying Done´s three strongest marketing channels. The expected effect is that with the help of the project´s results we can attract investors, scale up in more cities in Sweden and expand internationally. In addition to the desired results in identifying channels for upscaling, the project also led to bookings from new customers having grown strongly, and from start to finish we have 6x the number of new customers per month.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project set up consisted of carrying out 6 activities with the aim of testing and validating its effect, ROI and scalability. Each activity was carried out over a planned period of time, and was then evaluated using, for example, the calculation of CAC. These results will be the basis for future decisions regarding the marketing of marketing, recruitment and selection of channels for upscaling.
