Purpose and goal
Our objective has been to make insurance compensation available to all by creating an uninterrupted digital, simple and transparent customer journey, where the solution will in the long term become a new industry standard. We have succeeded to develop just that. We can now strengthen our customer promise of fair compensation to everyone.
Expected results and effects
To receive insurance compensation when a person was involved in a personal injury should not be dependent on knowledge or energy - that right should belong to everyone. With our developed solution, we have both digitized but also taken an important step towards harmonizing insurance compensation through our digital platform.
Planned approach and implementation
We started by mapping the insurance companies´ processes to then evaluate how we can make it easier for the injured to answer questions, as well as enabling the assessment of the value of the insurance compensation to be done automatically. During the course of the project, we have received feedback from stakeholders and end consumers. The structure has started by building an MVP and then further developing and integrating it into our system, which today enables consumers to receive digital help as well and we add additional expertise.
