Purpose and goal
The project explores how policy instruments and digital technologies, especially DPP, blockchain and AI, can enable more circular and resource-efficient public procurement. Using public sector procurement of interiors as a starting point, a policy lab and a future pilot are being implemented with the aim of creating a framework for DPP integration in the public sector that can be scaled up and used nationally.
Expected effects and result

Effects: Increased digital maturity and traceability in public procurement and higher share of circular procurement through scalable solutions.

Initial pilot study exploring the practical implementation of DPP to support public procurement´s drive towards efficiency and circularity. Compilation of results and insights from the policy lab and the future pilot in a policy guidance for digital product passports in public procurement.
