To produce and provide a suite of digital tools whose aim is to streamline the restaurant sector´s processes concerning supply chain of foods and drinks.
Expected long term effects
We have successfully launched our first product, a milestone achievement, in alignment with our long-term vision of providing a suite of digital tools with the aim of streamlining the restaurant sector´s purchases of food and drinks.
Approach and implementation
We have developed the product in an agile work process where one designated project manager has been the glue between our first users and our development team. Each functionality, from our sprints, has been looped through one or several customers to validate and improve the end product.
