| Project duration | October 2025 - April 2026 |
| Status | Ongoing |
Purpose and goal
We deploy a digital field workflow app as a exportable service/technology that improves data quality, decision speed, and ESG outcomes in exploration—and use PDAC to initiate pilots and R&I collaborations. (i) boulder/outcrop sampling, (ii) drill core logging (runs, boxes, RQD/RMR, structures, alteration/veining), (iii) barcode/ID governance, geotagged photo standards, and (iv) lab result auto-ingest with QA/QC dashboards.
Expected effects and result
Short term (0–12 months): ≥12 PDAC+Toronto meetings; ≥2 LOIs/MoUs for pilots(one drillcore-centric, one surficial); ≥1 data-sharing agreement Long term (2–10 years): Standardized Canada–Nordic QA/QC templates adopted by multiple juniors; cross-border R&I projects; export revenue from packaged services (training, audits, reporting workflows); measurable reductions in resampling and cycle-time at pilots—contributing to Sweden’s leadership in sustainable mining tech.
Planned approach and implementation
Target organizations & key individuals to meet. •Junior explorers (Ontario/Quebec/BC): decision-makers (Exploration Managers) to co-scope pilots. •Assay labs (ALS/SGS/MSALABS): data schema owners for auto-ingest + QA/QC alignment. •Data/geoanalytics providers: to test interoperability and visualization. •Provincial geological surveys / incubators: standards, student talent pipelines, R&I routes. •Indigenous engagement advisors: to align data practices with local expectations.
