Expected long term effects

The project has enabled significant progress towards a product aimed at the public sector that effectively enables procurement units to conduct supplier monitoring. This means that a product has been created that on the one hand has the potential to greatly improve the efficiency with which public funds are spent and at the same time, for DigiProc as a company, constitutes a new large and very interesting market.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in four steps, where we systematically aimed to develop a beta product to test in the market: 1. Definition of the value proposition - what we should offer and to whom. This was conducted in collaboration with area experts 2. Validation of required technical functionality 3. Further steps taken towards the beta product 4. Testing of the target market through targeted marketing on how AI can support procurement functions
