Purpose and goal
Satisfying fulfillment I have achieved a good understanding of how business and sales processes typically should be designed for a customer oriented tech start up as well how to build related business networks in general and in particular in Silicon Valley.
Expected results and effects
I have developed a deeper understanding of how to focus on the business in Sweden and in parallel start planning for how to upscale for a potential market presence in US. Moreover, I have received very valuable input how to evolve my company’s business model specifically for the IoT-area but also for a more generic data-centric perspective.
Planned approach and implementation
The program that was mainly designed by Nordic Innovation House, was very well planned and executed. It really met my expectations through strong support from experienced mentors, participation in relevant work shops and other external meetings with local companies, experts and investors.
