Important results from the project

The goal of the project was to develop prototypes for three different functions for efficient contact management and to evaluate market channels. The project has not only succeeded in developing prototypes but also managed to integrate the functions in the app, which has resulted in a finished product. Initial market growth happens when people meet: at trade fairs, events and meetings. Due to the current pandemic, this part of the project has not been possible to carry out.

Expected long term effects

The project has achieved a finished product and is ready to evaluate market channels to achieve a greater spread as soon as the pandemic is over and people start traveling and meeting physically again. We also review our business strategy to adapt the product to a changed behavior in the target groups in terms of meeting other people.

Approach and implementation

The project was planned, and has been implemented, as small sub-projects with sub-goals. Each subproject had a clear owner in the team. Furthermore, we have done product development with clearly distributed responsibilities for the various technical parts of the app, where testing and integration have taken place in close collaboration. This has resuled in thta the team, both founders and external resources, feel great ownership, both for their parts and for the whole.
