Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim of the project was to acquire in-depth knowledge of the market both in terms of actors (small, medium-sized, large companies) as well as market potential, and the interest and competence, for co-development of a new medical technology product for guided sentinel node biopsies. This knowledge has been acquired and compiled during the project and is now the basis for dialogues with companies before a possible future innovation procurement.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project formed a project group consisting of clinical need owners as well as inventors, academic technical expertise, innovation management, and consulting support funded by Vinnova´s innovation checks. The consulting firm carried out analyzes of the surrounding world iteratively with continuous contact with the rest of the project group. The arrangement worked very well, was resource efficient to the extent that all participants could contribute in specific meetings with their own expertise.
