Purpose and goal
The aim of the planning project is to strengthen Northern Waves’s capacity to develop a coherent, comprehensive, and competitive EIC Accelerator project proposal. The EIC Accelerator project aims to develop a scalable production capacity for the new state-of-the-art customized antennas using metallic additive manufacturing.
Expected effects and result
We expect that the main result of the planning project is that Northern Waves’s EIC proposal in step 1 and step 2 are successful so that we can present our technology and commercial ambition to the EIC Accelerator panel and ultimately secure the 2.5 MEUR grant. The impact of granted EIC Accelerator funding will be significantly accelerated technology development and commercial scale-up.
Planned approach and implementation
The planning project will be implemented in a methodical way in three work packages: 1. Short proposal development including narrative, video pitch and pitch deck. 2. Developing the full proposal’s Excellence and Impact sections, including freedom-to-operate analysis, data management plan, and letters of support from key partners. 3. Development of the full proposal implementation section, budget and financial forecast, including risk analysis and financial annexes.
