Important results from the project

Yes, the project achieved the goals set from the start. It strengthened the innovation capacity of public sector actors and established Vigeo as a collaboration platform with over 45 organizations. An additional key result was the initiation of new pilot projects, demonstrating potential long-term impact. The project also enhanced understanding of organizational learning and created structures that improve the public sector´s ability to address future challenges through innovation and collab.

The project is expected to have long-term effects by strengthening the innovation capacity of public actors and establishing sustainable collaboration structures. The Vigeo platform creates a foundation for cross-sector learning and development. The new working methods and pilot projects contribute to a culture of organizational learning and continuous improvement. This makes the public sector better equipped to face future challenges within and outside their organizations.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out based on design process principles, focusing on fostering collaboration and support in innovation and innovation processes. Through the Vigeo platform, over 45 actors participated in pilot projects, utilizing learning interventions like "Läranderesan" to strengthen organizational learning. The project adhered to the timeline, but the needs were less practical than expected, focusing more on collaboration, innovation, and understanding innovation processes.
