Important results from the project

Reaktorrevolutionen! explores the future of food systems through storytelling. At its core is Enkido’s Kitchen – a fictional cooking show from 2045 where bio-cultivated food is the norm, yet questions of taste, power, and justice still simmer. The project sparks dialogue about how the future of food is shaped – and by whom. The podcast will be featured in several public events in 2025, including Almedalen, Ystad Summit, and Unexpected – a testament to both its artistic quality and impact.

Expected long term effects

Demonstrating how future food systems can be made understandable and engaging for the public. By connecting technological shifts to everyday situations, it has succeeded in sparking curiosity and conversations around issues that often remain abstract. Reaktorrevolutionen! can contribute to a deeper understanding of how bio-cultivated food impacts society, and serve as a foundation for education, policy development, and ongoing dialogue between researchers, industry, and citizens.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out according to plan. All planned activities – from research and scenario development to scriptwriting and audio production – were completed in the right order and within the timeline. Collaboration between the partners worked very well, and no unexpected or external obstacles affected the implementation of the project.
