Approach and implementation
The project was carried out through coordinated analysis and industry engagement. Open workshops were arranged in several cities with participation from some 50 companies. These sessions identified common compliance challenges and gathered input on needs and solution directions. The results were consolidated into shared insights, which guided consortium alignment and the formulation of the proposed collaborative project.
