Venture Medtech4Health: Competence Enhancement in SME
Call Medtech4Health: Competence Enhancement in Small Businesses, spring 2026

Purpose and goal

The project´s aim is to strengthen Mindmore´s internal capacity in strategic product management and technical leadership to enable scalable and internationally competitive product development. The goal is to establish roadmap governance, product definition and technical ownership that will enable the development of a change score function. The function distinguishes clinically relevant change from normal variation in longitudinal cognitive data and strengthens reproducible follow-up.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to result in a defined product definition, a prioritized roadmap, a defined architecture and release strategy, and an implemented framework for technical leadership and product governance. This enables the development of the change score function and strengthens the company´s ability to scale internationally. In the long term, the project contributes to more equitable and evidence-based cognitive follow-up and more efficient care flows through reproducible assessments.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is implemented in two work packages with Medtech Innovation Guide as structural support to connect technical, regulatory and business maturity. An external expert works closely with the CEO and development team with roadmap and product definition, coaching in requirements setting and prioritization as well as workshops and documented working methods. The working methods are applied directly in the development of the change score for practical anchoring.
