Important results from the project

The project´s aim was to develop a scalable solution for skills development and knowledge sharing through a central learning portal that promotes continuous and individualized learning. The online learning portal offers 1) easy access to a variety of courses that meet the labor market´s prioritized competence needs, and 2) forums for collegial exchange and support. Collegial has developed the learning portal and presented it to the project members, so the project is completed regarding content and development.

Expected long term effects

Through easy accessibility and customized content curation, this project offers a scalable and effective solution to support affected persons in this extraordinary health and labor market crisis. When the project launches, the platform that we developed during this project will be the central place to access learning materials for the individuals affected by the corona crisis.

Approach and implementation

With a focus on needs-based competence development, the project was completed in collaboration with employers, industry organizations, trade unions, and educational providers to ensure that the online learning portal provides participants with individualized and value-creating skills development. The collaboration worked well, and the project is completed and ready to launch.
