Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The Center Management Program, CLP, has been implemented with the aim of strengthening the center management´s ability to lead complex projects, conduct innovation management analysis, develop diversity within the center, increase knowledge about intellectual property and communication and have the opportunity to share experiences with other center managers. The objectives have been met in general. However, the number of participants has decreased during the project, which has made it difficult to estimate the overall goal achievement.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Desired long-term effects are that competence center should contribute to increased collaboration between academia, industry and the public sector, as well as even more societal benefit through the utilization of generated results and values. At the meeting in October 2022, follow-up was made of leadership, development during 2022 and planning for future development with the long-term goals in focus and the overall picture is that the center and the leadership have developed and thus the ability to contribute to higher societal benefit.
