Important results from the project

The biggest benefit of the project was meeting other Swedish SMEs where we got to see interesting products that we can develop further for the Swedish market in collaboration. The exploratory spirit that everyone brought with them on the delegation trip meant that we were able to establish strong relationships with trust for further collaborations very openly and quickly.

Expected long term effects

We believe that we will be able to develop several service offerings together with other delegation companies and benefit from each other´s work and experiences, both for current clients but also to explore internationalization further. We have also taken experiences from the collaboration with Business Sweden to explore more countries and exchanges.

Approach and implementation

We prepared marketing materials with presentations and videos and planned projects that would run during the trip and travel. Unfortunately, we received very short notice from the organizer about the format of the meetings and that they wanted merch to be distributed to participants at Mine Day that we could not produce in time. The delegation trip itself went according to plan and was packed with really good activities and meetings.
