Important results from the project
The project will use existing and new research on the quantification of ecosystem services. The result will be used to concretize and make the ecosystem services that are available and are created in sustainable urban planning. Environmental Profile Urban Development Areas where green area factor are used, are case studies. The project will also provide data and develop monitoring indicators. The tools that the project will lead to new sustainable solutions and green technology exports. Knowledge building can also affect policies, for ex Rio+20.
