Purpose and goal

Arctic Business provides support to new innovative and sustainable tech and deep-tech startups from northern Sweden. These newly started companies/startups are created around innovative ideas whose growth potential in an international market is considered to be large and which need support in business development, funding and team. Arctic Business offers customized business development support and access to the resources required for companies to grow sustainably and reach the market faster.

Expected effects and result

Through the project, new sustainable tech and deep-tech startups in northern Sweden are expected to grow faster through improved business models and tailored business development support. Collaborations with Swedish and international industry are strengthened, which improves the companies´ opportunities to reach customers and international markets. The project contributes to increased innovation and sustainable growth in the region as well as a diversified and stronger startup environment.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is implemented through business development support for tech and deep-tech start-ups in northern Sweden. The focus is on creating strong business models, attracting investments and strengthening collaborations with Swedish and international industry. The incubator program includes mentoring, financing support and networking. Through collaboration with other incubators and academia, rapid market introduction and sustainable growth are promoted.
