Important results from the project
The goal of VFT1 is to launch new viable innovation processes, and where it is hoped that some of these are to grow into viable SME companies. This year we have allocated funds to 34 projects where we think the potential is there , with good results. In principle, all projects are alive at the end of the period, although it is too early to see any specific results .
Expected long term effects
The results of the project are at least 30 innovation processes set in motion , some of them have already been incorporated and commenced sales. The expected impact is growth in Sweden.
Approach and implementation
Several of the projects are carried out in collaboration with the rest of the innovation system in Gothenburg, such as Chalmers Innovation , Encubator , Sahlgrenska Science Park , etc . This generally strengthens the quality and survival chance of the projects.
