Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Aider is an app developed to facilitate the task as deputies, and a necessary tool to be able to remedy the current shortage of voluntary deputies in Sweden. The project has been crucial for the business, contributed to further developing and establishing the Aider app on the Swedish market, and generated new revenue opportunities. Through a customer-oriented development process, the project has engaged both active deputies around the country, as well as a number of chief guardians, who have the task of reviewing the deputies in their assignments.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Through the project we have been able to launch Aider 2.0, with new and improved functionality in both the web interface and the mobile version, expanded opportunities for importing transaction data, new reporting functions, communication solutions and developed user-friendliness. Due to Aider the administrative part of the assignment as deputie will be facilitated and streamlined through continued digitization. Review of assignments will also be facilitated, which will ultimately benefit legal certainty for the country´s principals.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Fundamental to our development work has been a close and ongoing dialogue with our customers, public and relative representatives, but also their stakeholders in the form of guardians, relatives and principals. Through active support; via chat, telephone, seminars and built-in feedback channels, we have been able to capture and log users´ experiences and wishes. Customers´ experiences have since formed the basis for our development sprints, which through their clear deliverables have created a very strong customer commitment and ambassadors.
