Status Ongoing
Venture Deepened international collaborations
Call Deepened collaboration with USA, UK and Singapore within Health and Life Science

Purpose and goal

The project aims to build a strategic Sweden–US collaboration to advance a novel lymph node-derived T cell therapy for solid cancers. By combining clinical and scientific expertise, the partners will assess how this approach can be integrated into care, establish pathways for international data and technology transfer, and prepare for broader clinical implementation and future multicentre trials.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to deliver a joint plan for developing and adapting lymph node–derived T cell therapy to clinical practice. By combining complementary expertise, the collaboration will clarify feasibility, regulatory needs, and practical workflows for using lymph nodes as starting material. The results will support preparations for the next clinical trial and enable future inclusion of US sites, strengthening pathways toward international approval and patient access.

Planned approach and implementation

The project will map regulatory, legal, and logistical requirements for transferring data, materials, and technology between Sweden and the US. It will assess the feasibility of lymph node sourcing and manufacturing conditions for pTTL, outline a regulatory path for US clinical use, and establish initial clinical contacts to enable inclusion of a US trial arm in Neogap’s upcoming Phase II study.
