Important results from the project

The project has made significant progress in establishing a strong theoretical and methodological foundation for the use of Cognitive Digital Twins (CDT) in modular timber house production. Theoretical Framework involving the Definition of Cognitive Requirements and Technical Specifications, Methodologies, Infrastructure, and Modelling for Data-Driven Analytics, and Fusion of Knowledge Graphs (KG) into Cognitive Modular Production (CMP) are the activities that were included in the research.

Expected long term effects

The fusion of Knowledge Graphs (KG) into Cognitive Modular Production (CMP) represents a transformative approach to the construction industry, enabling intelligent decision making, optimization, and cognitive capabilities. As Industry 4.0 continues to evolve, the fusion of KG into CMP has the capability to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and maximize the potential of CMP in the industrialized housing building.

Approach and implementation

One of the primary goals was to establish a solid theoretical foundation for Cognitive Digital Twins (CDTs) in modular timber house production. The work performed include Cognitive Requirements and Technical Specifications. The project focused on the methodologies and infrastructure required for data-driven analytics. Key activities involve Data-driven Modelling, Infrastructure Development, Methodological Advancements, and Fusion of Knowledge Graphs into Cognitive Modular Production.
