Important results from the project

The project goal was to strengthen Acorai´s internal competence and provide the opportunity for excellent people from MSCA to continue their career within a Swedish company. We have worked with Johannes Gladisch, who has undergone MSCA´s ITN at Linköping University, focused on applied physics and with experience in materials and Life Sciences. The time in Acorai has been spent in several different teams and projects (according to the project plan). Johannes also, (with Acorai´s HR Manager, Dan Vikström) spent over 3 months in South Korea to strengthen Acorai´s development there.

Expected long term effects

All five steps within the project plan have been completed, with the greatest focus on 1. Product development and 3. Handling of materials. Johannes has been a contributing factor to improved work with product development and future R&D. Within the project, Johannes has shown great ambition and level of competency, which has given Acorai improved opportunities to transfer Johannes´ knowledge to other parts of the company. Academic writing and Sustainability have been included in the majority of tasks, of which Acorai has now received a reinforcement in on-going and future work.

Approach and implementation

The project plan: 1. Product development, with CEO & Product team. 2. Life Science, with Clinical, Regulatory & Product teams. 3. Handling of materials, with Product team, CEO & HR Manager. 4. Academic writing, with Commercialization, HR and Finance teams, including R&D & grant applications. 5. Development of sustainability work, with HR Manager. Johannes has also participated in the K-Startup Grand Challenge in South Korea together with HR Manager, Dan Vikström. During the time there, Johannes has contributed to search of potential partners, presentations and Acorai´s expansion.
