Purpose and goal
This project aims to utilise the accelerator program to understand the specific needs and procurement process of the defence sector relating to composite materials. Fureho intends to develop a data-driven dual-use strategy and a technical roadmap for its near-net shape 3D fabric preforms producible by the proprietary Noobing Technology Platform. The goal is to align our innovation with defence requirements, ensuring our near-net shaping 3D reinforcement technology supports the identified needs.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in a validated dual-use business case. We expect to establish strategic dialogues with the key defence actors. The long-term effect would be a strengthened sovereign manufacturing capability for both civil and defence applications.
Planned approach and implementation
Our approach focuses on integrating technical validation with the accelerator’s strategic mentorship. We will engage in the accelerator’s networking opportunities to map defence value chains and understand the sector´s unique aspects. This would ensure that the technical advancements made during the project are relevant and applicable to the operational requirements and regulatory standards of the defence market.
