Important results from the project

Growing, testing and learning were the three main pillars of our projects. We grew our brand awarenessthanks to creating and testing creatives in different social media channels, articlesin the media and improving our site SEO. Thanks to qualitative and quantitative testing with users we gained new insights, thanks to this we designed a new version of the app that we released in early November and gained insight to improve our business model. Finally, Vinnova gave us credibility, it opened doors to engage in discussion with investors.

Expected long term effects

With the 10 Steps to Mars project : - We gained 700 + users, - We gained 1000 + users insights, - Released a new version of our app answering users feedback, - Grew our brand awareness, - Learned witch channels works the best for us, - Gained credibility towards the industry and investors, - Gained learning to improve our business model and keys for our business strategy.

Approach and implementation

We followed the plan we set, however, we had to adjust part of it due to COVID 19. We originally intended to travel to conduct qualitative testing with users, we adjusted our plan and conducted online interviews instead. We also shifted our brand awareness strategy. Due to COVID 19 and the US elections the media coverage of our project was lower than we originally expected. We later on (with agreement from Vinnova) relocated some budget to improve our SEO ranking to gain more visibility. This helped us in gaining users.
