In order for us to also be able to follow the instructions in the appropriation letters we receive from the government, we also transfer personal data of project manager to the Swedish Research Council. They then collect this in a research database.
The personal data that is normally collected is:

- For project manager: Name, email address, phone number, gender and year of birth
- For signatories: Name and email address
- In cases where we request the CV of project participants, only the name is required, but we do not control what personal data the applicant submits. We advise against including unnecessary information on the CV, such as social security numbers.
