Samverkansprogrammet Kompetensförsörjning and lifelong learning is one of the strategic partnership programmes by the government in July 2019.
Here we present the agenda for skills supply and lifelong learning which clearly shows that there is a need to bring together different actors with different perspectives to identify new and innovative solutions to the challenges that exist.
The purpose of the agenda is to contribute to achieving an efficient and effective system for the supply of skills and lifelong learning. Recipients of the agenda are current and future governments.
The working groups in the program have been based on employers' demand for skills and better conditions for employees to continuously develop their skills. The working groups, academia, civil society and the public sector are represented in the working groups.
