Purpose and goal
The business opportunity to be taken advantage of: Structural Insulated Panels developt by Zenergy which are patented, ZIP-Element are a new form of wall and roof construction that provide extremely good insulating properties, air tightness and virtually no cold-bridging effects. How ever, existing ZIP-Elements are limited by their loadbearing under fire resistance properties, meaning their w w idespread use is restricted. Zenergy has developed and patented the Zenergy Insulated Panel the ZIP-Element

Building of this type of apartments is to achieve the NZEB effect.
Planned approach and implementation
Zenergys industrial manufactoring process of 140 apartments during 2018 using the ZIP-Element to achieve the NZEB effect.
