Purpose and goal
We found the partners we set out to do and were able to create a collaboration with them. Furthermore we have been able to build a structured plan for further developing the collaboration in accordance with our initial goal of commercializing our product. In accordance to this we were able to negotiate the financing terms within the framework of the project and expect to secure the initial capital needed for the first sprint going forward during OCtober 2013.
Results and expected effects
The early effects we have experienced is related to customer- requests. The effects we planned for are measurable early 2014.
Approach and implementation
We did not allow enough time for ourselves to finish the various stages of this project. This due to poor knowledge of the customs in the country we aimed our efforts at. The first two tollgates; find the right partner and identify the framework in which we could build a collaboration were on schedule. To build trust and negotiate the terms of the colalboration took about twice as much effort as planned.
