Important results from the project
Numerical simulation is a fundamental pillar that enables decision-making in many situations in our society. Simulation is now an essential ingredient in many strength areas, but a unifying arena building up competence is missing. Virtual Nation aims at a concentration of efforts to both strengthen the competitiveness of Swedish industry and to support multi-disciplinary innovations. The goal is that more people and more organizations are able to use numerical simulation in a competitive manner for both established businesses, completely new and innovative applications.
