Important results from the project

Något som utkristalliserades under projektets gång var att en plan för affärsutveckling är en förutsättning för att webguiden ska kunna få en lyckad lansering och trogna användare. Därför fick en del av projektet och framförallt planeringen av workshops styras om så att de istället inriktades mot att ge ett underlag för tjänsteutveckling och en affärsplan. Workshops resulterade i användbart material som legat till grund för webguidens innehåll och struktur samt strategier för affärsutveckling. En nackdel har varit att projektledningen har varit ensam om att driva processen framåt

Expected long term effects

During the project period, and even after project completion have contacts been created with people with relevant skills, companies, educations, and organizations where it either has opened opportunities for cooperation and further development of web guide or where direct consulting services in the form of skills development in the area has been requested and also implemented .

Approach and implementation

Something that emerged during the project was that a plan for business development is a prerequisite for providing the web guide a successful launch and loyal users. So there was a part of the project and especially the planning of workshops to be reoriented so that they instead focused towards providing a foundation for service development and a business plan. Workshops resulted in useful material that formed the basis for the web guides content and structure, and strategies for business development. One drawback has been that the project has been the only one to drive the process forward.
