Important results from the project

The aim of the project was to verify the business models, verify the technical prerequisites and create an IPR strategy. During the project, a patent application has been filed. Customer meetings have been held resulting in an ongoing dialogue for future collaboration. The business models have been verified. In addition a simulation model is now made as well as a film showing the concept. The aims and goal of the project have been met.

Expected long term effects

The goals for the project were to have a business model in place, an understanding of the decision making process and the different stakeholders to implement a project, a simulation model was to be created and the patent application should be filed. In addition a film was produced showing the Unit Parking concept. A dialogue has been initiated with a potential customer. All of the goals have been met and the company is now ready to initiate a commercialization phase.

Approach and implementation

The company used external expertise to write and file the patent application, create the simulation models and produce the film. The work to verify the business models and better understand the decision making processes the entrepreneurs conducted a series of qualitative interviews with potential customers and partners.
