Important results from the project

We see that we have achieved the objective that was set before the project, which resulted in: - Strengthened ongoing discussions in Singapore - Established contacts with new potential partners - to be part of showcasing Sweden´s innovative power We also see that we have established new contacts within the Swedish environment within life science but also in other companies, organizations and political contexts that have a positive impact on the company going forward.

Expected long term effects

We see Asia in general and Singapore specifically as an interesting and growing market. By gaining an increasing understanding on site, as well as the opportunity to establish the company´s brand, the expectation is that over time it will generate increased interest in collaborating and/or investing in the programmes that the company develops.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out as a delegation trip with other Swedish representatives within the framework of "Healthcare Innovation & Thought Leader Delegation to Singapore" which included site visits, networking events and seminars. As the delegation coincided with Sweden´s first state visit to Singapore, the trip resulted in other interactions with other delegations.
