Important results from the project
The project achieved its main objectives: exploring the French innovation ecosystem, building new partnerships, and validating future development needs. Several new contacts were established within research, testing, and hardware development, and we gained valuable insights into technical validation and scaling hardware. The delegation also enabled strong knowledge exchange, leading to a better understanding of risks and opportunities in hardware startups.
Expected long term effects
The established network can lead to future collaborations in testing, development, and potential pilot projects validation. The insights gained will support better strategic decisions, particularly regarding product validation, manufacturing, and international expansion. In the longer term, these outcomes can contribute to increased competitiveness, reduced development risks, and improved readiness for entering the European market.
Approach and implementation
Before the trip, we defined key goals: meeting potential partners, understanding the French innovation ecosystem, and exploring collaboration opportunities. During the trip, we participated in pre-scheduled meetings, site visits, and networking events. This enabled both focused discussions and broader insights. The project was carried out as planned, and the mix of structured meetings and networking created a productive environment for validating ideas and building new relationships.
