Important results from the project
We sought two results: explore India as a market and seek collaborations for software development. The result of the trip clearly showed that India has great potential but will require a different business model than what we have today. Pause on trying this right now as it is too big a commitment. We met several companies that will help us with software development and the start of collaborations has begun.

Approach and implementation
We followed the Sweden India Business Council´s planned schedule. It was very fast paced, long days and extremely much and valuable information. We met with a wide variety of companies from several industries, founders, investors and business leaders, politicians and ministers, visited trade fairs, schools, universities and also culturally important places and experiences to understand the market in its entirety. Extremely well executed project from SIBC.
