Important results from the project

The project achieved the expected results. The concept for collaborative business models was further developed. A mock-up in the form of a generative AI agent was developed as the core of a future digital tool. The concept and mock-up were tested with relevant actors in the area of secure truck parking. Relevant actors were mobilised through presentations, dialogues and collaborations with project partners. Together with our partners, we have identified ways forward for future projects.

Expected long term effects

The development and use of the concept of collaborative business models has great practical value for areas requiring collaboration between public and private actors. The mock-up tool can be further developed into a complex digital tool extended with e.g., a procurement module. The tested workshop method proved to be effective for dialogue and insight gathering and can also be a part of the digital tool. We plan to extend our project portfolio on collaborative business models with new projects.

Approach and implementation

The project activities included weekly coordination meetings and ongoing discussions. An initial workshop was held, which was seen as an important starting point for planning the project activities. Overall, the project developed according to schedule despite certain challenges related to the project manager´s sick leave at the beginning of the project.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
