Purpose and goal

The project aims to explore and develop future collaborative business models that accelerate and promote the transformation of societal change. The project complements existing research by developing the traditional business model concepts with additional factors facilitating transformation and multi-actor collaboration.

Expected effects and result

Within the project, we create knowledge about collaborative business models and the key success factors leading to good collaboration between private and public actors. Based on this, we develop the concept of digital mock-up that can create great potential value for collaboration. Parts of the project results can be directly tested with end users and implemented: - in Gothenburg City´s collaboration and business models with different stakeholders. - in the Sensative´s business model.

Planned approach and implementation

The project team involves RISE Research Institutes of Sweden (project coordinator), Stadsbyggnadsförvaltningen and Stadsmiljöförvaltningen (the City of Gothenburg) and Sensative, a business actor. The project implementation involves: 1 Project management and coordination 2 Background and State-of-the-art analysis of collaborative driving forces 3 Data collection and analysis through workshops, interviews, mobilisation of other actors 4 Definition of use cases, concept development and testing

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
