Important results from the project

The purpose and goal of TINC was to explore the possibilities of expanding into the US, as well as to refine our business model and better understand the customer´s problems. During an intensive month, we gained invaluable knowledge on how to proceed before a possible move and tips from others who had made the same journey. At the same time, we worked with experts and mentors to take our solution to the next level. In individual and group sessions, we had to process our previous assumptions and improve both business model and product-market-fit. It was undoubtedly a very rewarding programme.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The end result was a significantly better understanding of what we should strategically focus our focus on going forward and how we should address the benefit of our solution to meet the customer´s needs. Expected effects include, as has been proven in previous months, that our solution has matured and that we have a significantly better understanding of what the market is looking for. It has contributed to the majority of new customers and many more ongoing project.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The arrangement was a so-called hybrid program three weeks online and one week on site and it was largely carried out jointly in groups. It became natural to share their experiences and they were helped to refine their solutions. Much of what came out of TINC was largely due to the exchanges that took place between the startups and the feedback that was shared. A large part of the program was about learning from and learning from the mistakes and successes of others.
