Purpose and goal
Purpose and objectives of the project was to create new development opportunities and interests to achieve commercial success by having a ´salable´ service. Then an agreement with one of the five largest accounting firms have achieved the purpose of the project is considered to be very well satisfied.
Results and expected effects
The expected impact of the project one year after termination is that at least two leading accounting firms, banks or consultants shall make use of Bolagskompassen as a tool in their advice and that this will mean an annual turnover in the order of 4-6 million. Since a customer has already signed a contract, there are very good conditions for the result to be achieved.
Approach and implementation
To ensure effective implementation, the project has been run in five separate work packages (A) with a total of seventeen defined deliverables (L), where certain deliverables intended periodic feedback and therefore been divided into separate deliverables (DL). With an agile approach to project the predefined work packages and deliverables been a great support to work with high efficiency and in both economic budget on time.
