Purpose and goal

2014 -Agreements with all included partners -Plan: Projekt and organization. -Projekt group. -Identified and recruited skills to implement new methods / processes. -Defined role, value base and work processes of the Test bed. -Identified targetpatients with focus on personcentered care and performed 6 subtests. 2015 -Innovated an IT-based decision support, based on the internationally known MAST. Tested it in terms of suitability. It will be available to all parties and will guide the joint decision on the test bed and in evaluating outcome from the test beds.

Expected results and effects

The testbed is increasingly well known in the region It has helped in the development of Person centered care. The outcome is an improved climate of cooperation, efficient management and control of patient processes. The evolved testbed configuration will include a joint, accessible, computer-assisted module, closely linked to the Development / Innovation department of the county. This module is accessible for organisations and individuals allike and will give support in innovation processes. It can support guiding, testing and implementing .

Planned approach and implementation

Success factors : 1. Person centered care, facilitates accurate demand control of test and collaboration between the parties. 2. Focus on collaboration between organizations and principals in health care. This has increased the willingness to solve problems. 3. Situational Analysis of how well the local operations comply with national guidelines have provided a strong motivation in the subtests. 4. The project groups were trained and continuously supported in problem formulation, targeting and evaluation of their own performance, wich gave more efficient work processes.
