Important results from the project

The project has largely met its objective. Data platform, API integrations and key collaborations with data providers have been established and interfaces have been validated. The innovation offices and holding companies have established working methods for data collection. The beta version of the platform has not yet been launched. Qualitative meeting places have contributed to insights for improved policy. Financial partners have confirmed interest. Foundation formation remains.

Expected long term effects

A unified and quality-assured data platform enables in-depth analysis, more precise policy development and more efficient planning for the ecosystem´s actors. In the long term, SSN is expected to contribute to a stronger term for Swedish startups and scaleups through continued dialogue with decision-makers, deeper networks and improved decisions based on current data – and thus to Sweden´s long-term competitiveness.

Approach and implementation

The project was implemented iteratively in five WP. WP1–2: AI-supported development with integration of approximately 20 data sources, data modeling, pipelines, quality assurance & workshops with external stakeholders. WP3: community building, communication & facilitation of conversations at various events. WP4: Systematic mapping of relevant stakeholders, meetings & testing of different forms of collaboration.
