Important results from the project
1 A feasibility study with needs analysis was carried out for the markets.
2 Selection process of possible commercial partners was carried out including site visits and evaluation.
3 Negotiation of the agreement is ongoing and a first export order has been prepared. Negotiation of the agreement is expected to be completed shortly.
4 Handover of results and contact network has taken place continuously through the involvement of the CEO and other key people in the work and through written reports.

Approach and implementation
The hired consultant has implemented the project according to plan (feasibility study; selection process, initiating and building relationship; contract negotiation; handover). The CEO and key persons have been involved to ensure handover. The consultant has also submitted written reports according to plan.
Three trips with meetings with the selected partner and KOLs have been carried out to evaluate competence, build the relationship, define the process and ensure interest in the product.
