However, the implementation of the project is not completed according to plan. Work has instead besides work in two of the agenda items focused on different ways to develope different ways to take the agenda to the next step, ie development projects.
Results and expected effects
Hjärnkraft has worked with the agenda points which are close Triple Steelix core business. ´Smart development´ as part of the development of the value chain (item 2 of the agenda) and human resources (item 7 of the agenda). Two innovative pilot projects have been implemented. Conclusions from interactive research is that flexibility and the ability to build bilateral world projects as a form of open innovation arenas is important. The monitoring of the projects has shown that the work that was initiated in the pilot projects in different ways continues.
Approach and implementation
The project plan was drawn up on the basis of designing an ´own´ agenda. Early in the process a dialog with Jernkontoret was initiated to sort out the relationships between the two agenda projects. It was then decided that Hjärnkraft would be part of the agenda for metallic materials. Hjärnkraft has worked as a ´subcontractor´ and focused on the parts of the agenda which are closest to Triple Steelix´s business and to work in various ways to flesh out the agenda by creating project outlines.
