Purpose and goal

The goal of the project is to ensure progress towards the Swelife vision and to ensure that the program delivers according to Swelife´s long term goals. This will result in a shorter process from idea to innovation for the benefit of both individuals and society. It will also result in economic growth.

Expected results and effects

In its first evaluation of Swelife, Vinnova finds that the program "works actively in accordance to the program intentions to mobilize the stakeholders within life science in Sweden”

Planned approach and implementation

The activities initiated within Swelife aim to achieve the following long-term goals (1) Competence and resources w ithin life science in Sweden are used nationally through cooperation and coordination. (2) Sweden offers good conditions for sustainable growth and international competitiveness for the life science sector. (3) Residents in Sweden have access to innovative, equal and personalized care
