Important results from the project

We pilot tested the beta of our online tools for open innovation on 5 companies with 10 to 50 participants on sharp challenges and learned from the results for further development. We have worked with the development of the method with our research team, and we have produced agreements / quotes in English. We hired one additional project manager during the project.

Expected long term effects

- Five pilot tests in a sharp environment. - Developed the method together with scientists from Stanford University. - Developed contracts and quotations in English. - We hired a project manager during the project. - We have encountered technical difficulties with real-time updates in the product, which has delayed the time to market. - We have a strong business model and a solid foundation for a growing company with high profitability and returns. - We have a stable intellectual platform. - We have potential to become leading players in at least one market. - We have several prospects.

Approach and implementation

We organized sharp pilot tests at Adecco, Kistamässan, CSC, Novartis, SCA and Googol. We have used the beta of the online tool and assigned company´s current challenges. At Adecco the challenge was about increasing net income and at SCA to improve internal process regarding order to lab. Test users were managers and staff. During testing, we encountered technical problems and we worked in parallel with the development team to fix these. Unfortunately, we encountered several technical problems we were unable to resolve within budget.
