Important results from the project
The goal for this project was to implement 10 courses at the doctoral level. 9 courses are have been completed shortly after the project period, whereby the goal is considered to be almost met. The project reinforces the significantly larger and ongoing projects Innovative production training in collaboration (ref. 2022-02958), Ingenjör4.0 (ref. 2021-03458), and NZI Ingenjör5.0 (ref. 2025-04102), which to a large extent have the same performers, but with partly different target groups.
Expected long term effects
This project has no expected direct or indirect effects of its own, but the effects are strongly linked to Innovative production training in collaboration (ref. 2022-02958). Reflection on the significance or expected effects in the longer term is therefore reported in that project.
Approach and implementation
The project has followed the same elaborate process as Innovative production training in collaboration (ref. 2022-02958), and includes routines for the inclusion of new courses, for course development, advertising and registration of course participants, for course evaluations and registration of results, and for compensation to course providers. The planning of the courses included in the project has been dynamic and adjusted according to perceived needs and teacher availability.
