Purpose and goal
Readily develops diagnostic tests for rapid detection of respiratory disease. The aim of the project is to define a production process that results in a product that maintains good quality and meets customer expectations and as well as regulatory requirements
Expected effects and result
Expected results is a pilot line ready for production of prototypes and product for clinical trials in the long term
Planned approach and implementation
In collaboration with a consultant 1) develop relevant process flows 2) create necessary documentation linked to said flows 3) set requirements for premises and equipment for production 4) implement a robust production process, including training of personnel
