Purpose and goal
Future high performance fiber Bragg gratings aim at understanding and removal of some of the fundamental limitations of todays grating manufacturing. The goal of the project is to learn how to characterize and compensate for intrinsic fiber variations and use this knowledge in combination with Proximions technology to manufacture almost perfect fiber Bragg gratings.
